Seller - Why I love this Huntington Ridge Condominium I have been living in this home for 17 years and I just loved it and the Hunting Ridge community. This home is spacious, with a very functional design. I especially loved to have my little office in the kitchen, with a long counter and drawers that provided me with a good work space where I can keep my laptop, printers, papers, stationaries and documents all in one place. The closets were roomy with shelves where I could easily arrange my clothes and stuff on the shelves. The master bathroom has a long counter and under counter storage, different than most vanities that are way too small. From the bedroom windows I could see my parked car right outside, and it only took less than 10 steps to get to my car, didnt need to walk a long way to the parking lot. Each home owner is assigned only one residents parking permit and two visitors parking permits, to ensure that we have enough reserved parking space for each home. It is easy to find parking space near home. The swimming pool which opens from Memorial Day to Labor Day each year is within walking distance by the Club House. It is good for a relaxing and cool time in summer. The gym is closed during the COVID pandemic, but before that it was open during office hours and in the afternoon on weekends. Residents who used the equipment were asked to clean it before and after use. Most people I knew were good in following rules. Life in the community is peaceful and harmonious. The Hunting Ridge residents are very respectful to rules and they are very conscious about keeping the community safe and good for homeowners. Thats one reason I loved this community. Before the COVID pandemic, when we used the gym, everyone had to use the sanitary spray on the equipment before and after use and we kept that rule.
